How cold room rental is priced
You pay for the space and handling you use. The main drivers are how many pallets or how large a room, the temperature your goods need, how long you need it, and how much handling and delivery you want included.
Some providers quote a flat rate per pallet per day. Arctic quotes against your actual volume and season, so you are not paying for peak capacity twelve months a year.

Where are your cold rooms?
Arctic's anchor facility is in Kepong, central in the Klang Valley with North-South Expressway access, with further capacity in Pahang and nationwide delivery on our own fleet.
How do you keep rented space at the right temperature?
The same way we run all our cold storage: regular manual checks plus remote monitoring, with immediate response if a reading goes abnormal. Monitoring is included in the rental, not something you set up yourself.
